The members of the Board of Management and the Supervisory Board of STRATEC SE, as well as persons closely associated with them, must notify STRATEC SE and the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht, BaFin) of transactions in financial instruments of STRATEC SE or derivatives of these financial instruments.

All transactions that are subject to disclosure requirements are listed, together with the information required by law (before July 3, 2016 pursuant to § 15a of the German Securities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz, WpHG); from July 3, 2016 pursuant to Art. 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation).
