§ 161 of the German Stock Corporation Act (Aktiengesetz, AktG) requires the Board of Management and Supervisory Board of STRATEC SE to submit an annual declaration confirming that the recommendations made by the German Corporate Governance Code government commission and published by the Federal Ministry of Justice in the official section of the Federal Gazette were and are complied with and also stating which recommendations were or are not applied.
