From concept to market

1. Mutual Introduction Phase
Contact our team to discuss your project requirements and objectives. We will arrange an initial meeting to understand your needs and explore how our capabilities can best support your goals.

2. Individual Project Proposal
Based on the customer needs and our experience in design and manufacturing, we will develop a detailed project proposal outlining our approach, timelines, and cost estimates. Our development team will focus on workflow analysis, concept development, system architecture, and initial documentation such as requirements and specifications. If desired, we can also examine the feasibility of risk-reducing development.

3. Concept Phase
Our development team creates and refines key documentation, including requirements, specifications, and risk analysis, ensuring a strong project foundation. Module designs are detailed and reviewed for a smooth transition into development. To reduce risks, STRATEC offers comprehensive feasibility services, as well as usability task analysis and evaluation planning during the concept phase.

4. Design & Prototype Phase
We will produce prototypes for your review and conduct rigorous testing to ensure they meet your standards. Our experts also take care of integration and, if required, industrial design.

5. Verification/Validation Phase
Our teams will perform extensive verification and validation of the design using evaluation instruments to guarantee precision and consistency.

6. Production Transfer Phase
Once instrument performance has been established, we will enter serial production, ensuring timely and efficient manufacturing to meet your product demand. Our production team adheres to strict quality assurance protocols to reliably deliver high-quality instruments.

7. Post Launch Phase
We focus on providing instruments as needed in regular production to our customers, while providing the necessary flexibility for fluctuating demand due to tender needs and other unforeseen demand increases.

8. Life Cycle Management
We provide continuous support and collaboration for our customers to implement any improvements, new features or updates of their systems to keep them current and attrative in the market. With extended support also for managing obsolesence, we have instruments that are in the market for over 20 years.
