Support and maintenance of STRATEC Data Management’s software installations is an important part of the overall product offer because it is critical to maintaining laboratory processing and therefore customer satisfaction.
Support is delivered by STRATEC Data Management’s experienced and dedicated support team and the process is governed by STRATEC’s Quality Management System to ensure support calls are answered promptly, issues are recorded and tracked until prompt resolution. We are ISO 13485 Certified and are currently working towards ISO 27001.
